Change is good.

Joining the new fitness club is already paying off it might seem. That and just overall watching what I eat and how active I am.

Lost another 2.6lbs today. Puts me awfully close to my 40lbs loss…. so close… so close. I have 12lbs to lose to achieve my Birthday goal. I know I can do it.

Just wanted to share this week’s small victory. :)
